When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed from our store in Hong Kong within 2-4 business days after you receive the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays.

Depending on the country/products, only certain carriers are available. We do apologize that shipment delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delays caused by carrier service.

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed 24 hours after placing the order. You may contact us via  to request for such changes.


Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.


Are items shipped together or separately?

We try to ship items within the same order together. However, sometimes we find more fragile or bulky items are better shipped individually. We will email you to let you know when your items have been shipped.

Our in-store pickup hours are: 

1400 - 2000 on Tuesday - Sunday (except public holidays)

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days, not including backorder products. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
