Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns.
We only offer refunds for damaged goods or missing items. We do not offer refunds for backorder items.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the case of an approved refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As of now, only our Thrustmaster line is covered by limited warranty within Hong Kong.
